Godhuli Bhattacharya (license #94028918) holds a Masters degree in Clinical Psychology and is in the midst of obtaining her Ph.D. at the APA-accredited Fielding Graduate University. She works with individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, grief, and difficulties rooted in trauma, unfulfilling relational patterns, and major life transitions. She is especially attuned to the psychological impact of migration, multicultural identity formation, and exploring belonging, self-discovery, and connection. Her approach is exploratory, collaborative, and rooted in culturally responsive psychoanalytic principles.

Godhuli’s clinical training spans community mental health centers, private practice, and inpatient hospital settings, where she has provided treatment for individuals in acute crises and with ongoing relational and psychological concerns. In addition to her practice in contemporary psychodynamic psychotherapy, she has extensive experience with play therapy, Child-Parent Relationship Therapy, polyvagal interventions, and psychological assessments for ADHD, personality functioning, and neurodevelopmental concerns.

Beyond her clinical practice, Godhuli is an active researcher in posttraumatic growth, migration, and identity construction. She has presented her work at international conferences and integrates this scholarly perspective into her clinical work.
